Trainee Miniatures Designer

About the Job

Do you want to join the ranks of the Covert Intervention Games Miniatures Designers, designing and sculpting the best miniatures on the planet?

Are you excited by being the best that you can be, constantly seeking ways to improve in order to make each of your miniatures better than the last?

You will be expected to sculpt 20mm scale Miniatures to exacting standards to meet our manufacturing needs and at the same time, find ways to improve our range of miniatures. You’ll also be responsible for following a project brief, planning your work and managing your time.

You will be working with your colleagues to create designs for exciting new 20mm miniatures, designs that are fresh and original and at the same time deeply rooted in our established characters, worlds and stories. You’ll also be actively engaged in finding more efficient ways to produce the best miniatures in the world, without ever compromising on quality, to agreed deadlines.

We know what makes this job hard is the relentless drive for more and better! To succeed as a Miniatures Designer, you have to be the kind of person who is dedicated to constantly improving their skills and knowledge, putting their creative aspirations in the service of the miniatures.

Other Essential Information

A solid understanding of the English language, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds several times a week are requirements for this job.

Occasionally you may get the opportunity to work with our other brands and may be invited to travel with the team when we visit conventions as well.
